Clarity Codex with Ayni

“I know something has to change. I just don’t know what.”

Take a 90 minute review before your next big move at work. See what to keep and what to change, based on evidence from your own working life.

Changing jobs, restructuring a team, hiring, or growing a business without becoming its bottleneck. The Success Code Review is 1:1 with Ayni, and you leave with a written map of what is working, what it is costing you, and what to test next.

SGD 180 for 90 minutes and your written report.

  • If the first 20 minutes aren’t useful to you, you can stop there and receive a full refund.
  • You will not be pushed to quit or start over. Sometimes the job needs to change. Sometimes only one habit does.

Sound familiar

“I thought I understood already. So why does it keep coming back to me?” What most people say in their first session with Ayni

You have built something real. Lately, it is costing more than it used to.

Everything still comes back to you. The decisions, the problems, the loose ends. Being the reliable one is how you got here, and it is also where your evenings went.

You are tired of carrying everything, at work and at home, and you cannot remember when it started being this much.

You have done everything you were supposed to do. The title, the salary, the next step up. None of it quite answers the question any more.

You want a change, not a demolition. Your years of experience count, and starting again from zero is not a plan.

You may not need more resilience.
You may need to see what keeps requiring so much of you.

What nobody tells capable people

Everyone who has done well runs on a Success Code: the way of working that got them here. Say yes. Carry it yourself. Keep the peace. Be the one who can always be relied on. It was never a mistake. At an earlier stage, it was exactly the right call.

But a way of working that paid off for years can quietly start to cost you: your time, your health, your patience for the work. The rule underneath it was never updated. Ayni calls it the Hidden Rule, and it is usually making the decision before you do.

That is why a new course, a new job or a new hire rarely fixes it on its own. The Success Code comes with you. So before you change the career, the business or the team, find out what is actually asking to change.

What needs to change, and what needs to stay?

That is the question Ayni helps you answer, with evidence from your own working life, not generic advice.

How it works

Start with the Review, or start on your own.

  1. Start here

    The Success Code Review

    90 minutes, 1:1 with Ayni, SGD 180

Before the session, you complete the Success Code scorecard. Ayni reviews your answers and prepares a starting map. In the session, you’ll test this against real working situations and leave with a clear written report: what is working, what it is costing, and what is worth testing next.

Birth details are optional. If you prefer not to include them, your Review can be built from your answers and examples alone.

By the end, you know what to keep, what to stop carrying, and how to make your next move on evidence rather than on exhaustion.

Inside the Success Code Proof

  1. 1

    What is running right now?

Phase 1 · Mapping Your Success Code

You see the way you have been operating, on paper, in your own words: what it has been doing for you, and where it has started to cost.

  2. 2

    Where does it show up?

Phase 2 · Recognising the Sequence

You start catching it as it happens, in the meeting or the conversation, instead of on the drive home.

  3. 3

What happens if you do it differently?

Phase 3 · Testing the Hidden Rule

You try one small change in a real situation and see what actually happens. Usually far less than you predicted.

  4. 4

Does the old rule still deserve a vote?

Phase 4 · Reclaiming Decision Authority

You look at the evidence and decide whether the old rule still earns its place in your decisions.

  5. 5

What will you run on now?

Phase 5 · The Success Decision

You commit to a way of working that fits the stage you are at now, and keep what was always worth keeping.

  6. 6

Does it hold when it matters?

Phase 6 · Proving It Under Pressure

You hold the new way of working when the pressure is real, and leave able to keep it going without Ayni.

Insight is where it starts. The work is proving the change holds in your real week, not just in the session.

Case studies

What changed for them.

The EA who kept the peace

What had been working
Keeping the peace. She supported several managing directors and absorbed their moods so the work kept moving. One kept getting emotional and claiming he did not know how the systems worked, no matter how many times she explained.
What it started costing
Anxiety whenever someone senior got emotional. A jaw that tightened and an arm that stiffened before she even noticed she was upset. And the same argument, again and again.
What changed
She explained the system once, properly, then stopped. His reaction stayed his problem. The jaw tightness is now her early warning, and she uses the same rule at home with her mother.
Six sessions on
From her MD’s performance review, name changed: “Sarah is a highly trusted Executive Assistant who operates effectively in complex, fast-changing environments.” See the review

The CEO everything came back to

What had been working
Being the boss who carried everyone. He ran an asset management firm with his door open at all hours, absorbing every problem himself, until someone he trusted took advantage of it.
What it started costing
Severe neck pain and nightmares. He could not sleep, and could not see how being good to people had led here.
What changed
He delegated most of what he had been carrying and put boundaries around his time. Within a month he was sleeping again.

The five year wait for what was hers

What had been working
Respecting the family rule: wait, do not ask, respect your elders. Her share of an inheritance had sat with an uncle for five years.
What it started costing
Every year of waiting made asking feel more impossible. Raising it felt like betraying the family, so she carried the resentment instead.
What changed
She vetted three lawyers and took proper legal steps to claim what was hers. The family she was afraid of upsetting turned out to be supportive.
The performance review the line above is quoted from, written by the EA’s managing director six sessions in. Condensed, with her name changed.

Who you will be working with

Honest about the rule. Patient with the person.

Ayni works 1:1 with experienced people who are clear that something needs to change, and not yet clear what. Many are CFOs, CEOs, executive assistants and founders, because work is where a Success Code shows up every single day, and it is usually the clearest place to test a new one.

She will be honest with you, because that is what you are there for. But she is not there to be hard on you. She reads your own notes back to you until you can see the rule for yourself, and stays with you while you test what happens when you do it differently. Clients describe her as supportive and honest in the same sentence.

  • Evidence, not adviceShe works from what actually happened in your week, not from general tips. Your own examples are what your map is built on.
  • Now, not whyDigging into why it started keeps you in the past. She looks at what is happening now, because that is the part you can change.
  • Nothing blown upYou will not be pushed to quit, restructure or start over. The work is finding the part that needs to change, and keeping what is worth keeping.
  • Small, real testsBetween sessions you try one change in a real situation and note what happened. That is how a new way of working gets proven, not just understood.

Testimonials

What clients say about Ayni.

Working with Ayni has been truly transformative.

She helped me become aware of deep-rooted limiting beliefs and childhood conditioning that were quietly shaping my life and holding me back. Many of these patterns were not consciously visible to me at all, and Ayni patiently took the time to sit with me, guiding me step by step until genuine awareness emerged. This is where real pattern-breaking began for me.

Across the many roles I hold in life, Ayni consistently helped me see how these beliefs were playing out, bringing clarity, perspective, and compassion to each situation.

She also has the rare ability to be both deeply supportive and firmly honest. When I was caught in my own blind spots or illusions, Ayni helped me see them clearly and empowered me to choose how I wanted to move forward.

I am deeply grateful for her presence, insight, and integrity, and I would highly recommend her to anyone ready for meaningful, lasting change.

thank you for sharing this with me, and also thank you for the guidance and patience and believing in me.

there are period where i do question why i am doing this, the frustration with the mental blockage like i dont really get it even though it in plain sight.

i am glad that i pushed through and continue to work on being in the present, observe the discomfort and sitting with it and as simple as not reacting to it/ emotion is just what it need.

Who this is for

Which one sounds like you?

Experienced professionals

“What exactly needs to change before I assume I need another job?”

A clear read on the job, the role and your own way of working, before you make a move you cannot undo.

Managers and senior leaders

“Why does everything still come back to me?”

Clearer ownership: what belongs to you, what belongs to your team, and what you can stop carrying.

Founders

“How do I grow the business without becoming the bottleneck?”

A business that no longer needs every decision to go through you.

Probably not for you if

  • You want a pep talk. Ayni works from evidence, not motivation.
  • You want to spend the sessions on why it all started. The work is on what is happening now.
  • You are not open to trying anything different between sessions. The small tests are where the change gets proven.

Before you start

The questions people actually ask.

Will Ayni tell me to quit?

No. Leaving is sometimes the answer, and often it is not. The Review separates what is a job problem, what is a role or environment problem, and what is a Success Code that would follow you to the next job. Then you decide, on evidence.

What does it cost?

The Success Code Review is SGD 180: a 90 minute 1:1 session with Ayni and a written report, your first map of what is working, what it is costing and what is worth testing. If the first 20 minutes aren’t useful to you, you can stop there and receive a full refund.

If you would rather start on your own, the scorecard is free. The Review stands on its own: the report is yours whether or not you go further. If you do continue, the six session Success Code Proof is priced as one package, and Ayni tells you that number herself before you commit to anything.

What if the Review shows I do not need six sessions?

Then Ayni will tell you. Sometimes the Review is enough: you leave with the map and a clear next step, and that is a good result. The Proof is only worth it if the evidence says so.

Do I have to write things down?

A little. Short notes, not journalling. Your own examples are what Ayni builds your map from, and they are how you see the change for yourself afterwards.

Why six sessions?

Because the sessions are a sequence, not a menu. The first ones map how you operate, the middle ones test a different response in real life, and the last ones make sure it holds under pressure. Stopping halfway leaves you with insight but no proof.

Do you use astrology?

Yes, as a starting point, not a conclusion. Before your Review, Ayni prepares a map from your birth details using Zi Wei Dou Shu and Western astrology. Neither is treated as a prediction or as fact about you. What they give her is a structured set of starting points to ask about, so your session opens with specific questions instead of a blank page.

In the Review, each starting point is tested against real events from your working life. What your own examples support stays on your map, and what they don’t support is dropped. You won’t be told your destiny or which career to choose. The decisions come from the evidence of how you actually work, and they stay yours.

If you’d rather not include it, tell Ayni and your Review will be built from your answers and examples alone.
